The Information Technology in Convention and Exhibition Activity seminar was held in Saint Petersburg at the end of March. Event industry experts presented advanced applications and services, and talked about new trends in the industry.
The organizers chose the B.N. Yeltsin Presidential Library in the northern capital as the event venue. The first electronic national library in the country is a large informational, educational, and cultural center. For the convenience of attendees, all reading, exhibition, and conference rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art multimedia facilities. The library even has its own broadcasting hardware, which allows organizers to facilitate shooting video and broadcast the event around the world.
Pavel Tokarev, the founder of 2Meet, was one of the conference's guests. He gave a presentation on effective tools for visitor interaction at the event and tested all the technical innovations of the Presidential Library and its readiness for large conferences.
