5 WAYS TO MAKE YOUR DAY AS PRODUCTIVE AS POSSIBLE
1. DRAW UP A PLAN FOR THE WEEK
The important thing is to create a structure for your week, otherwise ‘sudden’ tasks can crowd out ‘important’ ones.
2. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR TASK LIST FOR THE DAY IS MANAGEABLE
Make enough time for all the tasks, otherwise they’ll hang around forever being moved a day forward, and your task list will turn into a list of expectations.
3. FORGET ABOUT MULTITASKING
Who hasn’t scrolled through their newsfeed in a briefing? Even if you’re doing something that doesn’t require mental engagement, you’re distracted—and less productive. Don’t try to do two things at once. It’s better to focus on one thing and do it quickly and well.
4. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR TIME
As soon as you start tracking your time, you’ll be amazed at how much of it you spend on non-productive activities. This method allows you to focus on what’s important. We use the convenient Toogle service for this.
5. DON’T JUST SIT AND PROCRASTINATE
Instead of looking at another image album, get up and do a few simple exercises and give your eyes a break. This will wake you up and give you fresh strength.
